About Me

Hello-

My name is Laura Dilts. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with the State of Washington, Owner of Olympic Myotherapy and Massage and a "Graduate with Distinction" from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage.

My education at Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage included Injury Treatment Protocols , Trigger Point Therapy, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Lomi Lomi , Pregnancy Massage and Intra-oral massage techniques.  The main focus during my education was on understanding and resolving complex pain and dysfunction that people face on a daily basis.

I now help my own clients by individualizing their massage treatments, not only for relaxation but for acute and chronic problems that they may be experiencing, such as; frozen shoulder syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, whiplash, back pain, neck pain - just to name a few.

I am currently located in Olympia Washington and have the pleasure of working with people in the Puget Sound area, providing them with relief and relaxation through massage.

I look forward to helping and educating more and more people about the benefits of massage therapy. This is my life's work.   I am here to provide my massage services so that you may experience activities of daily living with greater comfort and ease.
